Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping:

We ship Bella contact lenses to all corners of Pakistan. We ship all the confirmed orders within 24 hours except for pre-order items which can take 5-6 business days to dispatch.

Our Guarantee

We make sure that all of our contact lenses are shipped free of any manufacturer defects, are not damaged or expired and will be sealed and packaged in sterile vials and boxes.

Return Policy:

We consider all exchange or refund requests for any undamaged, unopened and unexpired contact lenses within 7 days of purchase. 

The transportation cost for the return of both sides must be paid by the customer.

Refused/Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not received or not collected within 7 days, we cannot issue a refund unless the package returns back to us. 

Order Cancellation:

We consider all order cancellation requests but do not guarantee. The reason for that is that we work around the clock to ship out orders as soon as possible, and it is impossible to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.
