Refund and Return Policy

Shipping:

We ship Bella contact lenses to all corners of Pakistan. We ship all the confirmed orders within 24 hours after confirmation of orders. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days.

Our Guarantee

We make sure that all of our contact lenses are shipped free of any manufacturer defects, are not damaged or expired, and will be sealed and packaged in sterile blisters.

Return Policy:

We consider all exchange or refund requests for any undamaged, unopened, and unexpired contact lenses within 7 days of purchase. 

The customer must pay the transportation cost for the return of both sides.

Additional Notes:

  • Please ensure that lenses remain unopened in their original blisters to be eligible for a return.
  • If your order included a free lens solution and/or a free gift, these items should be returned in their original condition alongside the main product.

Refused/Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not received or not collected within 7 days, we cannot issue a refund unless the package returns to us. 

Order Cancellation:

We consider all order cancellation requests but do not guarantee. The reason for that is that we work around the clock to ship out orders as soon as possible, and it is impossible to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.
