Shipping:

We deliver Bella contact lenses across Pakistan.

All confirmed orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days.

Our Guarantee

All contact lenses are shipped in sealed, sterile blisters.

The products are free from manufacturer defects, damage, and expiration concerns.

Return Policy:

Refunds or exchanges are accepted for undamaged, unopened, and unexpired contact lenses within 7 days of purchase.

Customers must cover the transportation costs for returns on both sides.

If returning the lenses, Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refund to cover the shipping charges paid to the courier company.

Replacement or exchange of parcels is allowed, but all related charges must be borne by the customer.

Additional Notes:

Lenses must remain unopened in their original blisters to qualify for a return.

Complimentary items (e.g., free lens solutions or gifts) must be returned in their original condition along with the product.

Refused/Unclaimed Packages

No refunds will be issued for packages that are unclaimed, refused, or not collected within 7 days, as courier costs are already incurred.Rs. 500 may be charged for suspicious parcels, including cases of:

  • Address discrepancies.
  • Workplace delivery issues.
  • Parcels returned undelivered.

Customers who have previously refused or returned a parcel must pay Rs. 500 in advance for subsequent orders to cover shipping charges.

Order Cancellation:

We attempt to process cancellation requests but cannot guarantee them due to prompt order dispatching.

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
